It’s a good year for hi-def Jenny Agutter!
The John Landis classic An American Werewolf in London – probably the first movie to successfully blend post-modern comedy with true X-rated terror (long before Scream) – gets a Blu-ray release on 15th September in the US ($26.98) and 28th September 2009 in the UK (£19.99). This new “Full Moon Edition” will also be available on DVD.
I’m hoping this transfers well as the film is quite grainy and was noticably-so on the dvd release.
The film stars David Naughton, Jenny Agutter and Griffin Dunne.
