Out of all the buzz that came out of Comic Con, one of the most satisfying to hear was the word of mouth surrounding Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark. According to the buzz, the footage previewed at the San Diego convention had everyone in attendance screaming like little girls.

Sadly, this trailer doesn’t contain all of the footage shown at Comic Con, but it does have creepy voices and the key scene mentioned in all the footage descriptions is there.

Produced by Guillermo Del Toro, Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark is a remake of a 1973 made-for-tv movie. Look for it in theaters next January.
